
zest4life is a weight-loss and vitality programme designed to educate people on how to lose weight, maintain that weight-loss and improve health.

zest4life combines personal professional guidance with group support; a healthy balanced low-GL diet with nutritional education and the opportunity to start addressing emotional eating and improve fitness. Each week as well as the usual weigh-in, the sessions include a fascinating seminar. Topics include allergies, motivation, anti-ageing, hormonal health, exercise and heart health.
